3D real-time visualisation for real estates - Example 4

The goal of this real-time visualisation was a realistic depiction of a new freehold flat in the Hamburg area. The ideas and concepts with respect to room location and the individual fixings and fittings were discussed together with the client and the interior decorator beforehand and realised accordingly within the real-time visualisation. During the presentation the prospect was able to actively intervene and interact with the development of the real estate. Furthermore was he/she able to either print out single positioning and colour combinations or even to develop a little movie clip for an easier communication of the desired design with the end-customer. For this sole purpose real-time visualisation offers a perfect interactive communication platform between the real estate and the prospect.
